THE COMPETITION

On June 2nd, the CanSats were dropped from a helicopter hovering at 1500 feet above Abbotsford International Airport.  The CanSats were switched "ON" and then dropped from the helicopter.  As they descended, the CanSats took measurements on temperature, pressure, and carbon dioxide levels, or relative humidity.

 

Once the CanSats landed and were retrieved the micro-SD cards could be removed and the data collected.  The data was then assessed and submitted in a lengthy report.
